Hierarchical Lexical Relation

Definition: 

A hierarchical lexical relation is an association between lexical units that have a system of arrangement into levels of increasing:

  • size 
  • complexity

A hierarchical set has the structure of a scale.

  • Sets related to analytic paradigms
